Vald. Anderson was founded in Gothenburg in 1944.
In the 1960s, forwarding (spedition) was a steadily
decreasing part of the company’s business.
In the late 1990s, close cooperation with Sirius Rederi
AB began. A merger took place, and Vald. Andersons
Skeppsmäkleri became Vald. Andersons Shipbrokers AB.
Since 2005, the company has been part of the Sirius Group.

established in the shipping sector. Our extensive
